Updating Account Info

   To update your email address, please follow these steps:

   1. Sign in to your AdSense account at www.google.com/adsense
   2. Select the My Account tab
   3. Check the Login Information section at the top of the page. If you see an edit in Google Accounts link,
      - You are using a Google Account. Click the link and update your login through the Google Accounts site. Please be aware that if your Google Account is a Gmail address, you will not be able to change it at this time.
        
      - If not, you are not using a Google Account, so you can select a new login by linking your AdSense account to a Google Account. While still logged in to AdSense, visit https://www.google.com/adsense/migrate-login-1 and follow the instructions to update your login. Please note that if your desired email login is associated with another AdSense account, you will not be able to update your AdSense login to the same email address. This would include previously disapproved, closed, or pending AdSense applications. If this is the case, use a different email address.

    Changing your payment address

    1. Sign in to your account at https://www.google.com/adsense
    2. Click the My Account tab
    3. Click the Payee Information [edit] link
    4. Edit your information
    5. Click Save Settings


     Please note that the process of updating your information is a bit different if you require changes to your payee name or your country of residence.

    Changing your payee name

    In most locations, you will have the option to change your payee name within your account by following these steps:

   1. Sign in to your account.
   2. Click My Account tab.
   3. In the Payee Information section, click edit payee name.
   4. Review the important notes about payee name changes, accept the terms, and continue.
   5. Enter your desired payee name and save your changes.

    Your payee name change will take effect for the next possible payment cycle. Changes made before the 16th of the month typically affect the current month's payment, while changes made after the 16th won't take effect until the next month's payment cycle.

      If you are located in China, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, or Thailand, you will not have the option to update your payee name within your account.
    Should you require a payee name change and you are located in one of these countries, you will need to close your account and submit a new application with your desired payee name following the steps below.

   1. Complete the cancellation form.
   2. Google will close your current account.
   3. When you receive notification that your account has been closed, submit a new application using your new payee name.
   4. Once your application is approved, replace the existing ad code on your pages with code generated from your new account.

    Changing the country in your account

    Due to system and legal constraints, Google is unable to change your country if you're located in or need to change to an address in China, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, or Singapore. In these locations, will asist you in  closing your existing account and open a new account using your new address. 

    If you don't reside in one of the locations noted above, you are eligible to update your country. To begin this process, please fill out  Change of Country Request Form.

    Prior to requesting a change of country, you should also be aware of the following important notes:

    * AdSense accounts cannot be transferred or sold following the Terms and Conditions. Google will not update your information if this is the case.

    * You cannot have mail from Google AdSense forwarded to another mailing address.

    * Updating your information, you'll need to re-enter your tax information and form of payment.

    * You will not need to update the code on your pages.

    * Google starts processing payments on the 16th of each month. If you're scheduled to receive a payment this month and your account is updated after the 16th, your payment will be issued to the old address. You'll need to request a reissue after the 25th of the month following your payment.

    Changing your display language

    To change the display language for your AdSense account:

    1. Log in to your account at https://www.google.com/adsense
    2. Click the My Account tab
    3. Click the Language and Contact Preferences [edit] link
    4. Select a language from the Display Language drop-down list
    5. Click Save Settings

    This will update the display language for your account pages as well as for online resources, such as the AdSense Support center and program policies.

    How to stop receiving emails from AdSense

    You can opt-out of emails from AdSense, but you will receive mandatory service announcements that relate to your agreement with Google, as part of participation in AdSense.
    To change your contact preference within your account, please follow these steps:

   1. Sign in to your account.
   2. Visit the My Account tab.
   3. Under the Language and Contact Preferences section, click [Edit].
   4. Uncheck the boxes under Email Preference.
   5. Click Save Changes

    Making this change means that you no longer wish to receive occasional newsletters, surveys, and special offers. After maximum 10 days this change will take effect.
