    About Allowed Sites List

Allowed sites are sites or URLs on which AdSense publishers allow or wish to have their Google ads displayed.
If a URL displaying your AdSense ad code is not on your Allowed Sites List, ads will still be displayed, but impressions and clicks will not be recorded, advertisers will not be charged, and you will not receive any earnings for that URL.

Google added the Allowed Sites feature because they've learned that some AdSense publishers are concerned about potentially malicious behavior from others on the web, such as stealing their ad code and placing it on an inappropriate site. By offering this feature, they allow AdSense publishers more control over which sites or URLs can have their AdSense code.

How to add sites to your Allowed Sites List

To add a site or URL to the list of sites that can display your ad code, follow these steps:

   1. Log in to your AdSense account.
   2. Click the AdSense Setup tab.
   3. From the links below the tab, choose Allowed Sites.
   4. Select the option to Only allow certain sites to show ads for my account.
   5. The resulting page will display the URLs currently included in the Allowed Sites list for your account. If this is the first time you've used the list, the text box will be empty.
   6. In the box, enter sites or URLs that you'd like to allow to display your AdSense ad code.
   7. Click Save Changes to add these sites to your Allowed Sites list.

It usually takes about 4 hours for your changes to take effect. However, under certain circumstances, it may take up to 48 hours for your changes to take effect.

attention  Sites or URLs that are not on the Allowed Sites list will not report clicks or impressions and you will not receive earnings from them, so please be sure to keep your list up to date.

AdSense code placed in sites or URLs that are not on your Allowed Sites List

If a site or URL displaying your AdSense ad code is not on your Allowed Sites list, ads will still show on that site or URL, and impressions and clicks will not be recorded, advertisers will not be charged, and you will not receive any earnings for that site.

You can see which sites are using your AdSense code without your permission

By visiting your Allowed Sites page, under the AdSense Setup tab, you can see URLs that are using your AdSense code but are not on your Allowed Sites list.

If you forget to include some sites in your list of Allowed Sites

If you forget to include some sites or URLs in the list of allowed sites, the earnings accumulated through those sites and URLs will not be credited to your account. But don't worry, you can include them anytime you want.

Is it necessarly to use the Allowed Sites feature?

No, it's not a requirement to use Allowed Sites feature. If you decide not to use the feature, you can select the option to allow any site to show ads for your AdSense account.

Is it necessarly to put all of your sites or URLs in the Allowed Sites list?

If you choose to use the Allowed Sites feature, you have to put all of your sites and URLs which you wish to have your AdSense ad code in the Allowed Sites list. At this time, you can enter up to 100 sites and URLs into your Allowed Sites list.
